The CBT talk list is intended for discussion of topics important to the world-wide community of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists.

This listerve provides an opportunity to disseminate and share ideas and information concerning the cognitive and behavioral therapies. The list is open to all practitioners and students of the cognitive-behavioral therapies.

Important

Administrative messages sent to the mailing lists will have a subject that begins with "[admin]." Please read these messages, as they have important information about the state of the lists and systems and changes that might affect how you use it.

Charter

1. Be courteous and professional.
2. The discussions on the list are to be limited to issues related to the cognitive-behavioral therapies. Do not use this list to discuss other topics.
3. We retain the right to reproduce postings to this listserve.
4. All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, libellous, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited.
5. Do not post any information or material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.
6. Do not use this list or site to violate any laws.
7. When discussing clinical issues, client confidentiality must be maintained.
8. Under no circumstances may listserve members discuss pricing issues or any issues that would violate antitrust laws (e.g., a discussion of hourly fees is not permitted because it may violate antitrust law).
9. Do not spam the list.
10. We reserve the right to remove from the listserve any listerve member who violates the rules and regulations or whose communications on the listerve are, in our judgment, problematic for any reason.
11. I agree that neither the Owner's of this site and listserve, nor any contributor to the listserve may be held liable in any way for any information and/or data made available to, or omitted from information distributed to the subscribers to this mailing list.
