REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Your registration for an event represents your commitment to attend an event and impacts our decision to move forward with an event as scheduled. For this reason, we are unable to award refunds to any registrant who does not provide greater than two weeks notice in advance of the scheduled event. This also includes failing to show for the schedule event. We will, however, allow you to attend another one of our training events of equal or lesser value within 18 months of the missed scheduled training event.

For our online training programs refunds are available when requested for courses that have not yet been accessed, minus a cancellation fee that simply covers our costs. However, once a course has been accessed we will be unable to award a refund.
